Shipping Policy
Coverage
All orders ship from our store at 53A, Jalan Ong Kim Wee, 75300 Melaka, Malaysia. We currently deliver by courier within West Malaysia only (Peninsular Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya). We do not deliver to East Malaysia, P.O. boxes, or addresses outside Malaysia at this time.
Processing & delivery time
Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. In-stock items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding Malaysian national and state public holidays). A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. Please allow extra processing time during festive seasons and major sale periods.

One flat shipping fee applies per order, based on the largest item category in your cart:

Free self-pickup
Prefer to collect in person? Choose Self Pickupat checkout — it's free. Collect at 53A, Jalan Ong Kim Wee, 75300 Melaka, Malaysia during business hours (Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am–5:00pm, Closed on Sunday). Please bring your order number. We will hold paid orders for 14 days.
Payment terms
We do not offer cash on delivery (COD). Orders are packed and shipped only after payment has been received and verified.
