1. What we collect

When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, we collect the personal data needed to serve you: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order details, and — if you pay by manual bank transfer — your uploaded payment slip. Online payments (DuitNow QR, card, FPX and e-wallets) are processed securely by our payment gateway; we never see or store your card number or online banking credentials.

2. How we use your data

• Processing and delivering your orders, including sharing your name, phone number and address with our courier partners
• Verifying payments and issuing receipts or invoices
• Responding to enquiries and providing after-sales support and warranty assistance
• Sending order-related emails (confirmation, payment, shipping updates)
• Meeting our legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties, and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.

3. Storage & security

Your data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure (Supabase) with access restricted to authorised staff. Payment slips are kept in private storage accessible only to our order-processing team. We retain order records for as long as required by Malaysian tax and commercial law, after which they are securely deleted.

4. Cookies & analytics

Our website uses essential cookies and browser storage to keep your shopping cart and sign-in session working. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. To understand how our store is used, we collect simple first-party analytics — the pages visited and an anonymous random visitor ID stored on your device — kept on our own secure servers and never shared or sold. This data cannot identify you personally, and we honour your browser's “Do Not Track” setting.

5. Your rights
