Where do you deliver, and how much is shipping?
We ship by courier within West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia). One flat fee applies per order based on the largest item: RM10 accessories, RM20 laptops & printers, RM30 monitors, RM40 desktops/bulky. Self-pickup at our Melaka store is free.
How can I pay?
Pay online via DuitNow QR, card, FPX online banking or e-wallet (Touch ’n Go, Boost, ShopeePay and any banking app) — instant confirmation — or by manual bank transfer with payment-slip upload. We don’t offer cash on delivery — orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
Are your products genuine, and is there warranty?
Every item is brand-new, 100% original, and covered by official Malaysian manufacturer warranty. We’re an authorised reseller, so warranty claims go through the brand’s service centres — bring your unit and proof of purchase to our store and we’ll help you start the claim.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes. Choose Self Pickup at checkout (it’s free), then collect at 53A Jalan Ong Kim Wee, 75300 Melaka during business hours (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 9am–5pm). Bring your order number.
How long until my order ships?
In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll get a tracking number by email once it’s handed to the courier.
